How to Order:   Call me old fashioned but I prefer to use email to correspond with you in the ordering process.  It is fast and convenient for both of us.  Working alone I like to get to know my customers and it makes the experience more personable since you can't be here to shop:)

Payment methods:  I accept personal checks (held until it clears), money order (shipped day after receipt), Visa and Mastercard, and Paypal.

Sales Tax:  I am required to collect sales tax if you live in New York 8 1/4%.  If you provide me with a copy of your resale/tax exempt certificate, you are tax free!

My guarantee...My work is guaranteed to be free of defects when it is shipped to you.  Should the product arrive damaged, contact me immediately.  Care is taken in shipment and insurance is required.  Should the product be found to fail, contact me and the item will be examined to determine cause.  If it is through no fault of customer and is in fact through my own fault, product will be refunded or replaced at artist's option.

Privacy Statement:  Your personal information will never be shared with anyone else nor will your name be sold (it happens, I used to work for a mail order house) as part of a mailing list.

Shipping:  Shipping is FAST!  Your package goes out either the day you pay or the next day.  You are my top priority!  Custom orders will take longer and at time of purchase you will be advised of the shipment date. 

Shipping (USA): Shipping is via US Postal Service ...$6.00 flat shipping fee..

Insurance is required (saves YOU and I heartache...sometimes I will self insure)  $1.20 for purchases up to $49.99, and $2.20 for totals over $50 - $99.99, $3.20 for totals 100+. 

Shipping (International) and Canada: Currently I am only shipping to the USA.  However, if you are interested in a piece of my jewelry, please email me dcason@hvc.rr.com and we can talk about safe, fast, and insurable shipping methods (which currently I have not had time to research).
